It is a privilege to lead a company that embraces the deep-rooted values instilled by our esteemed Maharatna Promoters, ONGC and HPCL. Our goal is to position PMHBL as a model common carrier multi-product petroleum pipeline company, driven by a profound sense of business ethics.

With our commitment to provide the most environmentally sustainable transportation of white oil products (HSD, MS & ATF) via underground pipeline, our company is dedicated to addressing the requirements of our clientele (HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, MRPL etc.) through best-in-class systems and services, in fulfilling the fuel requirements of Karnataka and surrounding areas.

We plan to achieve this goal through our strength – technology adoption and our dedicated Employees. PMHBL’s Integrated Management System (IMS) is certified for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), Information Security Management System (ISO27001:2022), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2018).

The Company is also committed to its shareholders by way of maximizing the wealth through sustained growth and to optimally balance the commercial objectives with the intent of responsible corporate citizenship.

We deeply appreciate the continued support of our valued customers and the dedicated cooperation of our employees. We are consistently focused on upgrading and strengthening our process systems and management practices to ensure our operations remain efficient and effective. Action is being taken for integration of AI-ML in our pipeline operations; digitalization of all operational and business processes; developing a structured net zero plan of the Company; evaluation of organic and inorganic diversification avenues etc.

In 2025-26 we have already achieved a high of 20 million litres/ day of petroleum product transportation and expect to cross a total throughput of 4.5 million tons per annum (mmtpa) in this FY.

We have already completed upgradation works to achieve the full pumping capability of 5.6 mmtpa transportation and are endeavouring to achieve our full pipeline capacity utilization soon with the continued business with our customers. Capacity expansion to 8.5 mmtpa is also on the drawing board for consideration based on the evolving business dynamics.
