Buoyed by the industry demand in this region, PMHBL is now working on action plan to achieve the designed thruput of 5.6 MMT per annum of petroleum products viz HSD, MS and ATF, in the near future. Capacity expansion to 8.5 MMTPA is also on the drawing board now with renewed interest from public and private sector OMCs, subject to requisite permissions from PNGRB.
